I am very close to buying myself an admirals club membership. I will be flying through MIA (ive never been) soon. I understand that the club is outside security, near the E gates. Fortunately, the flight I am on seems to usually leavesfrom E (1945). Is If I have 1 hour 30 minutes, is there enough time to exit and go to het admirals club for a while? Is there an F/Elite line? Also, as a gold member, is it worth the $400 to join? Ive been to the DFW/ORD Clubs and loved them.

Thanks for the help!

Simon
Unless you need a shower use the "temp" AC at D34 INSIDE security instead. It isn't great (new "real" AC's are under construction in D and A) but you'd be a looney to go out and back in only 1:30 at MIA. To leave security at all in MIA is a bad idea.

Joining or not is up to you but since there is no end of "how do I get in without joining on my (type of ticket/route)" questions in this forum, there is obviously a lot of perceived value and unless you are either cheap or broke I would say you should pay and join. Or sit with 30,000 amatuer travellers in only 20,000 seats.
