I flew in W recently with the family to LAX and to be fair it was very reasonable. leg room is of course not great. But overall the service was good, food ok and the entertainment kept the kids quite. A very helpful lounge lady let me take the family in the terrace lounge., and we all boarded using Club line which was great. Also because of status checked in using club world and even though the baggage was shall we say a little on the heavy side this was brushed aside.
