PR has no plans to move to T3 for its international flight and is happy at T2. Moving to T3 simply wouldnt work and is never going to happen (even if they put that as an extra in a bidding for T3).
of course they are happy at t2 (see my 2nd to last post), but t3 was intended to host ALL international flights, including pr. if you take pr out of the equation, t3 is even less viable.
