Looks like you've just found a small bug
. It will be corrected in version 1.3.9. However, for now, here's a work-around:
After you see the AUA/*A results, select one of the ITN/CWT options (Apollo ITN/CWT or WorldSpan ITN/CWT) depending on which system you want the seatmaps to come from. Do not click the Go button. You should then be able to request seatmaps using the ITN/CWT option.
