Although I am not a fan of AC, but at this point, it's probably a better idea to pursue AC SuperElite.

With fewer and fewer choices of CP flights and majority of the flights being operated by AC... no point to pursue EP if you are just starting now.

There's really not much incentives to pursue EP if you travel extensively on OneWorld carriers. I will have 70K Q miles by the end of this month so I should have no problem maintaining my EP status for the upcoming year. However, 99% of my travels are on CP.
