The reply in the other thread was "If so, the first night will not qualify, but the one at the end of the promotion period will."

The response I received to my e-mail query was "Your arrival and departure dates must be within the promotion period..... check out one day after the promotion these dates would not be eligible for that promotion."

I don't think I'm crazy in thinking these responses are in conflict with each other. I'm OK that a 2/14-2/15 night doesn't count, but I had counted on a 3/31-4/1 stay counting as my 10th night.
