Here is some official wording from the Icelandair 757 winglet press release available on www.aviationpartnersboeing.com:

"Aviation Partners Boeing 757-200 Blended Winglets are expected to lower an operator's fuel consumption up to 5% depending upon mission length, or extend the range capability of a typically configured aircraft by as much as 200 nautical miles. Icelandair currently looks forward to saving over 160,000 gallons of fuel per aircraft per year operating with 757-200 Blended Winglets."
