My last experience with UA was in Dec. FRA-ORD.

This was when drinks were still free.
E+ was great and nothing in the LH Y class can compare to it.

Plane wasn't dirty and FA were actually pleasant and helpful.

Now that you have to pay for drinks, I still think E+ is worth it.
LH's Y is one of the most crowded in the business. You need the free drinks o be able to bear it.

Too, the FA's in Y are not the most pleasant either.

I guess it's a matter of opinion and taste in the end.
