That indeed is a fact, that is hard to beat. Personally I would (and the majority in this forum also) like to have one.
Typical. And why ask FAs, GAs etc. to be friendlier? And why bother arriving on time? And why make the seats more comfortable?
After all, having a virtual monopoly at a huge airport with a brilliant location serving Europe virtually guarantees your profits. Who cares what your customers think, after all?
