GDS Error?

G.D.S. Error: Invalid PU ISO Country/State/City/Loc Code Return

I get this error when trying to price a booking for DTW. A Full size for 4 days with RQ FRDM, PC 952081 and my corporate CDP.

Does anyone know what this means?
