In other words, complacency is setting in. Nothing falling out of the sky, nothing going "kaboom" (well, except after some Taco Bell maybe), and bureaucrats and CEOs are starting to see the cost and no ROI.
It'll happen to the TSA too. Maybe not this year, 2006 or 2007....it'll eventually happen. It always does in aviation.
