Tried to eat at Grasshoff's tonight, but they stopped serving at 7:30pm. It looked nice. Walked around Old Town a bit. Staying at the Park Hotel. Nice place, but I think something right next to the train station is a little more convenient for a CeBIT trip. I hope to return when I can actually visit for a while. I find the Hanseatic cities very interesting. Thanks for the advice. Will try the Ratskellar on Sat night, when i Return.

A nice restaurant is GRASSHOFF's BISTRO. It would be on your way from Central Station to city center (Soegestr/near Wall), nearby is a hotel (Mariott?).
There are also some restaurants at Schnoor, which Aviatrix mentioned.

Michelin recommends (not too expensive) BISTRO, Am Markt 13. I don't know this place, but Am Markt is a really nice, old place.
