Of course, this was a "companion" pig. I've never seen a companion dog in first class, but I guess it's possible. I assume you buy a seat for the "companion."
I'm reminded, though, of something that happened several years ago. My (now) wife had gone to New York from DC, and she was returning on the day Allegheny (sp?) became US Air. As I met her at DCA, two hours late, her first comment was "well, Agony Air has just become Useless Air." Our opinions haven't changed.
