The concierges in Ottawa are really, really good, but I know that it's not the same everywhere. Back when I was an EP I flew occasionally to, from, or through YUL. I never, ever saw a single concierge, not even if I went to the lounge and spent an hour there waiting for my flight.

In Ottawa, on the other hand, every single concierge took the time to introduce themselves to me the first time I was at the airport and they were working.
