I ate at the new sushi place (near gates in the low 30s, iirc; can't search for thread) and while I'm not a huge fan of sushi, it was still tasty. And fresh, which is the important thing with sushi. It was really fresh. Nice and open front of the resturant; if you sit with your back to the windows overlooking the tarmac, you can watch people as they go between gates on the concorse. Full sushi rolls (about 6 large pieces) run on average from $10-13, IIRC. They also had a fair selection of Japanese cuisine, non-sushi items , but as I was recommended to go there for sushi, that's what I did.
