It should be noted that AY have one particularly awful MD11 with even worse seating than the others and no IFE in J apart from the portable dvd they hand out (around 90+ mins into the flight). The problem is there is no way of knowing if this aircraft will be used on your flight or not. I believe it is meant to fly the atlantic but they have been known to substitute it and I have been unlucky enough to "enjoy" that aircraft on several occassions.

AY onboard service is pretty good, but you are unlikely to get too fat on the "light supper" served on the flight.
