I'm pretty sure you're ok once you've purchased. It often takes several hours for an eTicket to show up. AFAIK, the purchase establishes the contract with them. In any case, as many (including me) have reported here- they are very good about making accommodation when a schedule change (substantial, in this case) requires a re-route.
