The only matters I can think of that come remotely close to complaint forms not being forwarded or acted upon are when the person who fills out the form either doesn't specify the issue or fails to provide enough details. These reports aren't thrown out; they're counted in the complaint category; however, there is nothing the staff can do to follow up on them because the information is either too ambiguous or there is no way to contact the originator on the follow-up.
Bart, WHAT THE HELL are you talking about?

Where did I say TSA does this? My superior hand in every complaint form to the FSD. Nothing gets destroyed.
