CO miles are the hardest to use of any major.

Sure, the free upgrades are good, but they're getting rarer, and out of some airports (LAX) are almost nonexistent. The CO mileage reward chart is a total sham, as for fully 90% of the time there are no 'standard' awards available, and your only choice is to use double miles for an 'easypass' award. What this means is that your CO miles are worth about half of those on most majors, and with the restrictions on their use, are almost worthless. I've been Platinum on CO on&off over the last 5 years, but am about to quit flying them. You can log onto their site and click 'use miles' and you will see that even going out many months there are usually almost no 'standard' level first class awards available, or, at best, one-way only. This is a scam they should be called on.
