I recently flew from PHX-ORD on Ted. I went to use the easy check in machine but the seat mapper was not working. I walked over to the counter to check in with an agent. My hope was to move up a few rows. The agent asked for the credit card used to make the purchase. I told her I didn't have it and she gave me some grief about it but ultimately gave me my boarding passes.
