Differences in F service on Vacation vs. business routes?
Just wondering if anyone has noticed a distinct difference between F cabin service on vacation routes vs. those frequented by business travelers? I fly transcon F (usually QUP) a fair amount and the occasional international upgraded C and have always thought the UA cabin service to be very personal and professional. Then, last summer, my husband and I flew from LAX-HNL upgraded C for our honeymoon. Same plane (752) as my usual LAX-BOS flights, virtually the same travel time (5.5hrs), but a far inferior experience in terms of personalized service.
