As a Reservations Sales Representative at UA SFORR from 1985-87, and as a customer, I have experienced no such thing.

Such perceptions reflect more on the views of the person holding them than the subjects of the generalizations.

Note that the "Malicious Reservation Agent" linked to in the original post was named "Rosie."
