you can link to it from the main alaskaair.com page where it says New Improved Check-In
it doesnt seem to be an enhancement -- just like boarding passes wont be issued but pax will be directed to an agent if pax is using a cert for upgrade. not keeping up in the technology fast lane in my opinion.
