Hiigariya have a bunch of rooms from 25K pp but that's without bathroom and no view so I'm not to keen on that. 42K pp seems to get you a nice room.
Anyone have any defitive views on T over H? I remember someone here saying they found H to be much friendlier?
40k+ is the price you should pay at these places.
T does not have 'bad' rooms and I would vote for T if you want the experience in Kyoto.
(I have not been to H but if they even propose rooms without bathroom, I would not put them in the same class as T)
