I agree, I thought there was a rule against having People of Size in exit rows. I typically fly Delta, I have been asked when booking an exit row if I need a seat belt extension. Not that I do, but this is telling me that People of Size are not allowed in exit rows.

Personally, I would get up and say something to the FA, away from your seat. Point is, be nice about it.
