It seems Four Seasons has many interesting projects in the pipeline, in addition to better coverage elsewhere around the globe (save for, perhaps, places like the Middle East, Florida, and D.C.). Where does this leave Ritz-Carlton? The upcoming Turks & Caicos and various China projects look interesting. Beyond that, will Ritz be able to compete with Four Seasons?

The growth of Four Seasons into Russia is exciting. India should be interesting, with a good deal of established competition. There are some great beach destinations on that list. One would think RC would have beaten FS into Baltimore.

And not to sidetrack this thread anymore, but I really like The Ritz-Carlton, Boston Common.
