Actually there are premium lines in DFW now. I need to remind myself to write down which entrances have them because it isn't every one. My memory tells me they are the entrances closest to the AC clubs. Anyone Gold and above can use them, but in Dallas there are a lot of AA elites.
It is the C-19 and A-21 entrances - or whichever entrance is closest to those gate numbers.
They generally are not open extremely early in the am or in the evenings.
