And there is no way they are "tracked". If there was an intention of tracking them they would print your name and GP number right on them

As a practical matter sometimes I experience a complete lack of ability in getting the suite upgrades and the coupon goes to waste. Then other times I will get the suite upgrade, check-in at 1-800-CHECK-IN and no one ever asks for the coupon. I've used them 2-3 times with the upgrades rolling in and no one ever collecting the coupon in some years. Given the times I've been shut out, its about a wash!
