^ it may be the only way to stop this nonsense. It is almost as bad as the taxes and 'charges' fiasco. An unavoidable £15/£25 charge on a 'no-fee to change' ticket is totally unacceptable. They should either drop it, or be forced to write it into the fare rules. I'm sick of this stealth charges/fees crap.
