Not all airlines are the same at YVR. For the two Canadian carriers, of course, the procedure is fairly basic. This is also the case for 5 or 6 other airlines, but some require special procedures. BA is one example. I'm not sure why that is -- it may be the gate or terminal that they arrive in.
