Please note that points are credited faster with Canadian and American Airlines. Other oneWorld carriers may take up to 2 weeks. Some airline partners even longer.

If you feel that your points are not being credited for any reason, there is no point in calling Canadian Plus. They would still require you to send in your original boarding pass and ticket to show proof of travel. A phone call will not get your miles credited.
