That's a shame. I totally understand the desire to talk about the cool "guy" stuff like planes etc. (sorry of that sounds sexist). However, while stellar inflight service can make one forget worn interiors and duct tape, stellar interiors won't make one forget atrocious or even indifferent onboard service. That's AC biggest challenge IMHO.
