Originally, a certain number of seats were allocated from AC to AP.
With the growth in members, demand has grown for seats.
AC/AP are discussing ways to improve access. The Avenue awards program has been very successful -- there has been a 50% increase in seats (2M/year) -- but they agree there is more to be done.
