My neighbor owns a cab company and he always loves it when the airlines pay him to transport passengers from CHO to IAD, about 88 miles. United, for example, gives passengers a $180 taxi voucher for this ride, while his normal cash fare (to passengers who pay their own way) is a flat $125.
