Bellingham, WA (BLI) to SeaTac (SEA), right about 100 miles. The $200 cab fare was paid for by Alaska Airlines after I volunteered to be bumped from an oversold flight. In addition, I got a free round-trip ticket anywhere AS flies. (I've done this 3 times in the past year or so.)
