Garmin has a few which support suction cups. https://www.garmin.com/en-US/p/1015169/#devices There might also be some aftermarket/3D print GoPro to Dashcam mount adapters which would let you use GoPro attachments/clamps?

FWIW, I'd probably buy different models to put in my own car vs a rental. There's a lot of wires or power adapter that I wouldn't want to dislodge.
