I'll certainly admit to being fooled and stressed about it, but the fact is, CO's selling this as part of the Privilege Pack and the URL for the offers doesn't work. The URL I presented was something I stumbled over on my own that might have been -- but I don't know for a fact -- that same offer. Still, at the end of the day, the CP coupon in the Privilege Pack doesn't appear to have its claimed worth.

And to be fair, I found similar links for at least two other airlines, so it isn't just CO claiming this as a benefit for their flyers:
