I think you're being fooled & un-necessarily stressed by an offer which CO seems to be pretending (I say this based on your account of it) that this is an exclusive offer to CO customers - as the fact of the matter is, it's available to anyone who can find it, like the link below which makes no mention of having to fly with anyone - admittedly it did expire on Dec 31st, but kind of proves it's an ongoing thing with no real requirements for eligibility;
