I was surprised to see one family member's account showing an expiry of August 1, 2026. Not a problem really as we can probably get a stay in the next month or so, but with 400,000 in the account it is something I need to keep an eye on.

There was a points stay Dec 28th, 2025, so I thought it would be safe until June 28 2027.

I reached out to Choice to check and they said they used the booking date of the stay (which was almost a year in advance, Jan 2025), not the actual stay date, something I wasn't aware of.
