I'm booking an transatlantic award in F on AA, flying on a 777. I have the option of a daytime flight or an overnight. Given that arrival times are not crucial to me, are there significant differences in the service between daytime and overnight flights in F? This will be my first time in International First, so I'm wanting to make the most of it.

Any other tips on getting the most out of being up front for the first time are also welcome.
