Decided to preorder the Oura 5 as soon as it was announced last week. I purchased directly from Oura 5/29 on my Amex Platinum.

Received sizing kit Monday, 6/1, confirmed size, and finalized order.

Received my new Oura 5 yesterday. It's a MAJOR improvment over the Oura 4 in terms of profile. It is now thinner than my wedding band with a more flush profile. Unlike my 4, it's easy to forget I'm wearing it.

The charge posted on 6/29, but as of 6/4, I've yet to see the credit. Any recent reports of how long it takes for the credit to post?

EDIT: Realized I had never enrolled for the credit. Is AmEx smart enough to backdate a credit after enrollment, or do I need to chat with Customer Service?
