Clawbacks are pretty rare.. maybe AMEX has gotten better, but I have had so many refunds in prior years that were mostly outside a 30 day window and the credit never disappeared.

Several weeks ago I returned my Oura 4 after almost 1 month of use because in the end I didn't like it. I was waiting for the 200 USD credit to clawback. Hasn't happened yet
