If you're thinking of lounging around to watch the lights, then I'd also recommend the New York Bar at the Park Hyatt Tokyo. It's 200+ meters above the ground, so on a clear night you can see A LOT. It's a little out of the way, but definitely worth checking out if the weather's cooperating. There's also Tokyo Tower which isn't too removed from the Ginza area, so that's another option.
