I called Aer Lingus US website and asked for the Iberia PNR which they gave immediately. After the call the system updated and now shows 2x32 baggage for the SFO-MAD. Still shows Economy smart however. On IB.com it shows business.

Deal also works for Mexico, just booked DUB-YYZ-CUN-MUC for 1080 EUR via Skyscanner-Mytrip. Will call them to inquire about seats and then will ask about the baggage.
