I managed to get my BA and a IB record locators from their Chatbot and confirmed that these tickets that are showing on the EI app as economy smart are actually business class tockets. they show as business class tickets on the BA website. If you are having trouble with Iberia, you can likely give them a call and provide the record locator and have them send you a copy of the ticket from their end. Might want to wait a few days before you do that. But again confirmed that BA and Iberia showed these as business class tickets. Oddly Iberia only shows one checked bag instead of the usual two but definitely business class.
