I am guessing that this is a misfiled fare on the return sector and that it is actually economy, branded as Business to OTA's. This would explain why the fare is only available on OTA. I am pushing Trip.com to reissue with the correct cabin. They said they will reach out tomorrow.

To be fair, when booking, Trip notified me that the return sector only allows 1 bag (which is the economy allowance). But they still sold a business return, not economy + business.
