Don't worry, the status-access lounges are absolutely fine. If you are OW Emerald or Sapphire you can use the lounge complex in the central part of the terminal, close to gate A1. The Platinum lounge is upstairs, and has a restaurant section with buffet and menu/table service as well as a full bar also providing table service to guests the central part of the lounge: there are showers and a "slumber room". On the ground floor is the QR Gold lounge for OW Sapphire passengers: another comfortable, well equipped space though perhaps a little more crowded than the Platinum lounge upstairs.

At the end of the C wing, a bracing walk or a train ride from the central area, towards the new sets of gates. is a Platinum and Gold lounge open to OW Emerald and Sapphire members. It's large and offers two cafe/restaurant areas with menu/table service, extensive seating, showers etc etc. The only drawback is it can get uncomfortably crowded.

Don't worry about Mourjan. It's large and offers are more extensive waiter served menu upstairs, Certainly worth trying out when you get the chance: but it's pretty much over-rated.
