The award chart has already been devalued since all values are now "starting at" so there is no maximum anymore thats governed by the chart. So I think it can become truly dynamic at any time without updating the chart or terms?
I really wish they would put that partner booking fee into investing is better IT. I still have multiple bookings that I cannot pay with my summit card due to AS own IT issues so risk trying to wait and book through an agent or book the reward and pay the fee then call and try and get customer care to refund it since award space often goes fast.
