Go before you leave home. Or they will drop you at the Burger King on the Mass Pike and let the next bus know to pick you up.
They will probably deal with breakdowns like they always have. And the buses have bathrooms, so really?
Something tells me if someone demands to be let off the bus, they and their luggage will be let off...and the message will be "find your own way to the airport, where you'll have to go through security again."
