I have booked JK code share flights by calling Spananir in the UK. If I recollect correctly this was handled by Avia Reps in Crawley and I got a hand written paper ticket! I got the number from BD reservations because Arecife wasn't a code share.</font>
When I called JK in the UK last fall, I distinctly remember having the call handled by BD reps. The agents had easy access to BD's computer system to compare the fares (which were often different on straight LHR-MAD returns) and tickets were printed on BD stock (and delayed in the post during a pre-announced postal strike because BD refused to post them until within a week before departure).
I would say your best bet is to give that number a call, even though you might have to wait in the queue for quite some time, because that way you can have the agent look through a combination of BD/JK fares, or one or the other. I don't know if they would have the ticket issue surcharge like JK do in Spain. Incidentally, it's not just JK that does that - IB do as well. Here's the number that I used: Reservations: 44 (0) 8701266710
